Irina has had a lifelong passion for self improvement, coaching and motivating people to take ownership of their lives. She is a firm believer in individuals accepting responsibility and accountability for their own actions and coaches clients to help them gain the confidence to do so.

Irina’s own life decisions mirror her belief that responsibility for making things happen lies with the individual. Irina followed her dreams, faced her challenges head on and succeeded in completing a university degree, emigrating to Canada and releasing the past. She is very happy in her own skin, accepts herself for what she is and has used adversity to grow.

Irina spent 18 years in the corporate world where she had a progressive and rewarding career, advancing from new graduate to engineering manager in a high-tech industry. While she managed large numbers of people and complex projects Irina developed her coaching skills through building teams that consistently exceeded expectations and contributing to the rapid career advancement of her direct reports.

Irina obtained a coaching certificate from the Certified Coaches Federation in 2009 and is currently enrolled in the Strategic Intervention Coach Training learning directly from Anthony Robbins, a world-renowned writer and speaker on the subject of leadership and self-determination, and Cloé Madanes, a world-renowned systemic thinker, teacher of psychotherapy, and one of the originators of the strategic approach to family therapy.
